IN RESIDENCE: April 1 – May 12, 2025
Piper dreams of advancing to a high-level job but is repeatedly denied because she is Deaf. However, when World War II happens, 80% of all industries begin hiring people with disabilities. This gives Piper a chance to gain experience, pursue a promotion, meet other Deaf people, and for the first time, feel seen and not alone.
