Charlie Chauca, Ana Sophia Colón, and Latinx Playwrights Circle
Puerto Rico es una Cama Twin

May 16-18 2025
IN RESIDENCE: May 13 – 19, 2025
This play is an ode to womanhood and the Latino experience, a vicious cycle that is broken when we actively choose to forgive. Ana Sophia Colón wrote this piece out of a desire to contemplate why people leave their hometowns and why some of them stay. Are we continuously chasing after the American dream and how does that affect those we leave behind? Perhaps leaving is a way of breaking cycles.
